The forged aluminum suspension components deliver modern strength, rigidity and durability, and the Scorpion 2014 features a new two-piece die-cast aluminum gearbox with a gear differential. An included slipper clutch protects the transmission and delivers superior traction under acceleration. The bottom the chassis features countersunk screw holes and hex hardware.

The Scorpion 2014 is a replica of an RC legend - the car that put performance into the popular 1/10 RC off-road racing class. Its features are faithful to the original car, but modern manufacturing technology has allowed for some improvements to modernize this timeless machine. The Scorpion 2014 retains the classic scale looks of an 80s era car and has many of the same features, but it's been updated to modern specs so it can be driven hard!

The included sealed gear differential can be replaced by an optional high-performance ball differential from the World Champion Ultima RB6. The Scorpion 2014 is a kit that requires assembly and the addition of a radio, steering servo, compatible ESC and motor, battery and misc. tools and supplies.
